What data we process and why

When you call or message us

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we process your name, your phone number and whatever you tell us in order to reply, prepare a quote and, if you accept it, carry out and invoice the work. The quote form on this website does not store anything: it only prepares the message, which you send yourself from your WhatsApp.

Legal basis: handling your request before a contract and, where applicable, performing it (article 6.1.b GDPR), and tax obligations for invoicing (article 6.1.c).

When you browse the website

The server records technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, the date and the page requested, for the operation and security of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (article 6.1.f GDPR). Our hosting provider processes this data on our behalf.

Visit statistics

To know how many visits the website receives, which pages are read and where visitors come from, we use Umami, an analytics tool installed on a server of the provider that maintains the website, acting as data processor. It does not use cookies or store your IP address or any data that identifies you: it records, in aggregate, the page, the referring website, the type of device, the browser and the approximate country or city. It also counts, without personal data, clicks on the call and WhatsApp buttons and use of the quote form. If your browser has «Do Not Track» enabled, your visit is not counted.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Third-party services

• Google (Google Maps and Places API): the reviews section requests the rating and reviews from Google directly from your browser, so Google receives your IP address. Google does not set cookies with that request.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us on WhatsApp, the message goes through that service, under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Data about your request, for as long as needed to handle it. If we carry out work for you, for the periods required by law, such as tax periods. Technical logs, only for as long as strictly necessary for the security of the website.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with anyone, except where required by law. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by writing to doncorrientevlc@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
